  • “CRC has provided me with endless encouragement and experiences throughout my education and career. I am continuously impressed by the staff in the residential unit, our supporting programs, and their ability to create a safe space for our clients, families, and each other. I’m proud to be involved with this agency and the people I am surrounded by.”

    Residential Unit Program Manager

  • I get to help families during some of their hardest moments. Being able to walk alongside them, help them find light at the end of the day, and remind them that they are not alone means everything to me. I am proud to stand beside the children and families in this community and be someone they can county on every single day.

    MRSS Provider

  • "CRC has always been a safe place for me to learn and grow as a professional and human. I love helping our staff create a strong clinical foundation full of compassion, trauma informed care, and grit. This agency is really one of a kind and I'm extremely proud to be a part of it."

    Director of Outpatient Services

  • "CRC offered me a place to grow and learn when I was very new to working in the mental health field. I love being able to use that experience to help others grow their skills and serve our families of Wood County through the Crisis and MRSS programs."

    MRSS Supervisor

  • I find so much joy in working with parents/caregivers who are facing challenges with their child. They come to me with concern, frustration, and insecurity, looking for direction. When they embrace the strategies and implement them in a calm and consistent way, focusing on the things their child is doing well, it is life changing for all of them! Knowing that the trajectory of the children’s lives will be changed because of the positive approach to parenting, absolutely brings me joy and fills my cup!
